Real Racing Club x CASMA Toronto: A 5-Day European Soccer Experience to Remember
What happens when you bring coaches from Spain, a group of eager young soccer players and a whole lot of energy together for a week? You get a pretty unforgettable soccer camp.
This week, CASMA and BM Sport Agency welcomed coaches from Real Racing Club de Santander to Aurora for the Real Racing Club Soccer Camp, and from the first morning to the closing ceremony, there was a lot happening on and off the field.
A Taste of Spanish Soccer
Throughout the week, players trained using techniques and drills inspired by the Real Racing Club methodology in Spain. There was plenty of work on the fundamentals (passing, movement, ball control, possession and finishing), but the coaches also challenged players to think quickly, communicate and make better decisions during play.

One thing we loved seeing was how quickly the players adapted. As the week went on, they became more comfortable with the drills, more vocal with each other and definitely more competitive.
And then there was the dancing.
Somewhere between all the training and competition, we learned that our Spanish coaches could bring just as much energy and footwork to the music as they did to the soccer field.

It ended up being one of those spontaneous moments that perfectly summed up the week: lots of soccer, lots of learning and a lot of fun.
It Took a Community
We also had some amazing people and organizations behind us this week.
A huge thank you to our sponsors, partners and supporters for helping us bring this experience to our players:
BM Sports Agency, GMA Sports Management, Fiesta Balloons, Power Lock, Rehab Chamber and Non-Stop Sports Agency.
We were also honoured to welcome the MPP for Aurora to our closing ceremony.
Seeing families, coaches, community leaders and players all together was an incredibly special way to wrap up the camp.

And Then Came the Big Announcement...
We originally planned to select one player for the opportunity to travel to Santander, Spain and train with Real Racing Club. But after watching the players throughout the week, the coaches had another idea. They selected two.
Two players who stood out during the camp will now have the opportunity to travel to Santander for a complimentary 10-day training experience with Real Racing Club and experience Spanish soccer firsthand.
We'll be sharing more about their journey and the incredible experience waiting for them in Spain very soon.
For now, we just want to say thank you.
To the coaches who travelled from Spain, to BM Sport Agency, our sponsors, our community supporters, the families cheering from the sidelines and, most importantly, every young player who showed up ready to learn: What a week.
We can't wait to do it again.
