Cancelation and refund policy:A full refund will be provided if a written request or phone request is provided and brought to the attention of the owner 30 days before the start of any event. A 50% refund will be provided if a written request or phone request is provided and brought to the attention of the owner 14 days or less before the start of any event. If a written request or phone request is provided after the second (2nd) day of any CASMA event, no refunds will be provided. If any CASMA event is cancelled due to any and all COVID-19 related Provincial and Federal measures, all registrants will receive credit for their remaining event days or weeks. A full refund will be provided if the event is cancelled before the first day of the event due to any and all COVID-19 related Provincial and Federal measures. A full refund will be provided if the event cannot be offered online through virtual mediums. For Summer Season Pass Holders, if the event has to be cancelled during the months it is running, only credit will be provided for the remaining days or weeks left of the event.
